Introduction to Lightroom
Understanding the basics of Lightroom can be the key to unlocking more polished, professional looking imagery that can take your photography to the next level.
Most professional photographers use Lightroom, as it has everything they need to work quickly in post production. The power and tools available in this software give photographers full control over their images and enables them to create stunning edits within minutes.
This interactive two hour course (done over one evening) will walk you through the key features of Lightroom – from importing your images, professional editing techniques and adding watermarks, to exporting pictures with meta data and organising your image libraries. Plus everything that you need to know about the features of Lightroom.
You’ll be taken through the different editing panels and taught how to create your own bespoke preset which works with your photography. This will provide you with the skills you need to go on to create more presets to suit your shooting styles.
A Q&A at the end of the course will address individual questions, whilst a Lightroom cheat sheet and video of the course content will be provided, helping you work through the content at your own pace.
Both DSRL and mobile camera users are welcome!
This course is ideal for anyone who is confident with a camera and has mastered their own photography technique but is looking to increase their skills and knowledge in post production.
